Our driver Jafar was very informative. We knew excatly where we were going and what we were doing and the time it would take to reach each destination. We found him very attentive and willing to help out and solve any problems we might have had. I would highly recommend him and the company. Our driver-guide Maher went out of his way to show us his country and to help us understand the customs different from our own. He drove us rai and sleet and up mountain roads through the clouds so that we could experience the wonders of Jordan. He spent extra hours with us without complaint. The differnce between a good trip and a great trip lies with the company and the employees of that company. When our airline had to cancel our flight home, both Mahar and his manager Mohammed made sure we received priority treatment in getting rebooked. even though we had booked our own flight!that action was way above the call of duty.
