Fersan is a very good tour guide. From my experience he has great knowledge of what a typical traveller/tourist,like me wants to experience. He is very friendly and attentive which makes me feel very at home. He does not pressure me into doing buying anything, unlike most other tour guide I have encountered. Overall Fersanwas one of the reasons my trip to Jordan had been spectacular. I will definately come back to Jordan and request Fersan to be my tour guide next time.	Comments

To: Petra Nights Tours Thank you for organizing such a goog tour for us. The hotels were excellent and we enjoyed the company of both Ibraham and Mohammed. Ibraham is a very knowledgeable man and he made the many visits interesting for us. He was accommodating, friendly, polite and had a good sense of humor. Mohammed is an excellent driver with a good knowledge in English. he was always polite and well dressed and promt. He made sure we were always comfortable. His car was kept clean and he provided us with drinks each day. He also had a good sense of humor. The trip was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The escort at the airport was really helpful, which made our transfer smooth and easy. The tour guide for petra by day was really good. he spoke really good English, better than some of the guides we heard. the information he provided was also excellent. the driver Fersan was really very warm and polite. he was able to provide us with some useful and interesting information about the country, people and the culture.he drove safely and shared very good informations with us about tyhe Daed Sea and about Jordan in general. he even suggested a good restaurant so that we could get a taste of the local cuisine. overall we had a wonderful time! thanks to Petra Nights Tours! Our guide Sammy was warm and friendly from our first greeting until getting us safetly to our destination. He made us feel safe and excihted during our trip to Jordan. His interaction with us expressed his love for the country of Jordan, the people and the culture which in turn greatly enhanced our experiece. His communication was excellent.
